Something that we always take for granted
What are you grateful for in the past and today?
Who are you grateful for?
How have you shown your gratitude?
Are you grateful for the things that a person or people have done for you?
Let this linger in your mind for a while. People always take things for granted. I know I do sometimes and I do apologize if I have not shown the proper response. I will try to be a better person and grow as time progresses.
The choice is yours.

Today
Something to ponder about for a while
What have you done today that has brought benefit to you or to someone else.
Think about it.
The choice is yours.

Keeping The Stress Levels Down
Now this will be an interesting topic. Everyone suffers from stress, one form or the other. Whether be it from work or from studying. Everyone has it, even the most teeny weeny bit.
It is normal to have stress. Without it, things wouldn't get done. That's the good side of stress. A little bit is good. But what about the bad side. What happens if stress builds up? What will happen then? People tend to get more irritable, tempers start to fly and etc. I am sure that all of you have seen what happens when people get too stressed up.
So now that we have established the fact that everyone suffers from stress, now lets look at ways to deal with it or release it
Number 1: Sweat It Out a.k.a. Exercise
Yup, that's right, exercise and sweat it out. It would be easier to do it in countries where it is a lot more humid so it should be better said get the heart rate up and keep it there for a period of time. Go for a run, hit the gym and lift weights, or go and play some form of sports. You will definitely feel a lot better after you have exercised.
Number 2: Retail Therapy (this mostly applies to girls)
Go shopping. That's what my friends do when they are feeling stressed or after studying too much. It works for them and it should work for majority of the girls out there. I guess its the change of environment and the thrill of shopping that does the trick. Although they come back tired but they feel happy and contented. But this is a rather expensive way to release stress if done too often.
Number 3: Food
Yep, by eating one can feel better. Not a way I'd recommend but it works. Chocolate seems to do the trick the best. Other food too. The trouble is when you start to eat too much, your stomach will start to expand and you will eat more and more and eventually put on weight. I am not saying don't eat while you are up late at night hitting the books or doing other things but rather have a light snack. The urge is there to eat until you are full and contented then you will feel much better. However, the pounds will start to pile on fast in a short period of time.
Number 4: Massage
Go for a massage. Be it a full body one or just foot reflexology or even a spa. Going for massages really help. When your get stressed your muscles tense up and by loosening the muscles you will slowly relax. Plus you can catch some sleep too. That's how good it is. You are totally relaxed until you can fall asleep.
Well, that's all I can think for the moment. If you can suggest others do let me know so I can put it up.
The choice is yours.
