Iced Chocolate

Alright, listen up folks. Spring is here, and pretty soon the weather will get hotter. So here's a few 'cool' drinks that might cool you down. First up, I am going to start you off with iced chocolate.

Ingredients & Equipment:

1 Big tall glass
1 Long desert spoon
2 Straws
Chocolate powder
Chocolate syrup
Sugar
Ice
Vanilla Ice Cream
Whipped Cream
Cold Milk

Step 1: Take a couple of teaspoons of chocolate powder and melt it in the glass with a little bit of hot water. Stir well. (optional: you can add one or two sticks of sugar in if you want it to be sweeter)

Step 2: Add a few cubes of ice in the glass after you have finished melting the chocolate powder and stir well again.

Step 3: Line the glass with chocolate syrup.

Step 4: Top it up with cold milk (or lite milk if you prefer).

Step 5: Add one big scoop of vanilla ice cream in.

Step 6: Whipped cream and chocolate powder for decoration.

Final Product:

Note: DO NOT USE HOT MILK even though you have added in ice. Always use cold milk. Using hot milk after you have added ice would make the drink hot and defeat the purpose having an iced chocolate.
